Munpreet, you do begin to consider key features and conventions used in some detail. You use media terminology appropriately and begin to evaluate techniques used. You state that certain features link to the target audience but you need to be more specific about who the target audience is and how exactly they are being targeted. Try and consider the school in more detail - what kind of ethos and impression are they trying to promote and how does the front cover and the features used help to do that? On the first front cover, consider the image more carefully - why have they used that particular image? What impression are they trying to create? Which strap line does it link with? Does this help to explain why he looks so miserable? On the second front cover - consider the use of the red on particular words for the cover lines - why has the designer chosen to use red and why have they highlighted those particular words? Why would this engage the target audience? The use of 'your' is known as direct address as you are directly addressing the reader.
