What will appeal to them? You also need to consider what kind of ethos you are going to try and promote - you state formal and academic but will this engage your target market? Parents, yes but Year 11 students? You mention that sixth formers need to be independent and that they have more freedom than everyone else so shouldn't this be something that you should be promoting?
